pizzaheadstl For teenagers to make an album like this is simply astonishing. These girls are stars, in my mind with the right guidance they could be as big as Nirvana and Oasis were in the 90's or the Ramones in the 70's if that's even possible for a rock act these days with our shallow R&B/hip hop/Etc. dominated music culture. All three of their albums are some of the best rock/punk music I've ever heard.

Eugene Duffy The hooks on this album are awesome. The drummer is a real inspiration to me (I'm only a year older). I can only hope that my band will be as good these girls one day.

Chris Eng 'How Are You Doing?' may possibly be the most immaculate 45 seconds of pop punk ever recorded. Hits you like a dose of fun wrapped around a sun-warmed, candy-encrusted wiffle ball bat. Simply perfect. Favorite track: How Are You Doing?.

about

LOST CONTROL is the third full length album from Gwendolyn and Lucy Giles, teenage sisters from Sacramento, CA. The duo plays pop-infused punk in the vein of The Ramones and X, though careful listeners will also notice a nod to nineties bands like Tiger Trap, Cub, and the Lookout Records golden era.
